Colin Kaepernick will have to undergo some rehab before he can work on those running plays the 49ers are planning for him.

Yeah, he got banged up during the Fiesta Bowl, didn't scramble a whole lot during the Senior Bowl (of course the Falcons coaching staff didn't put him on a lot of designed runs).
