This means we bring back Smith to start day 1?

NO WAY Kaepernick is ready to start, way way way too raw.

keep in mind heading into the draft there was talk he could turn into a potential mid to late 1st rounder and he was worked out by a lot of teams.

Going to youtube now
Woohoo!
Gave up one of our 4ths and our 5th.

So we go 3rd, 4th, 6th, 6th, then 7th (x4). Not to shabby at all.
love it.

I heard something like 2, 4, and 5th but not sure if switched or what.

49ers gave Denver Picks No. 45, 108, 141 to move up to get Colin Kaepernick.

Definitely not bad at all, considering what we may potentially have. Now I really wonder do we sign a veteran QB or have Smith back for 1 yr while CK develops?

I'm actually very excited about this pick. He has a cannon, is very athletic, and has a ton of upside. It'll be fun to see what Harbaugh can do with this guy
bump
I like it. This means, Smith or anybody for one more year and Colin in 2012
