You think this and still want to keep him entering a new regime? Do you never want to win a Super Bowl again?

I totally agree.....Unless we get Gruden. Aside from Baalke's average draft (would be poor minus Borland), someone needs to be accountable for allowing Kaep to digress. He looked like crap since preseason and we're not just going to do a 180 on offense. I thought we would've picked up Cooks or Beckham but even still, our offenses coaches would've wasted their talents this year. HB is at fault for allowing this offense to falter the last 1 1/2 years under ROMAN. If both of them are here next year, I'm selling my SBL. At the least, Roman's gotta go.

I saw this comment on another article and thought it summed up things well. If everyone has checked out on this offense, its hard for Harbaugh to have any credibility since offense is his forte. When Nolan and Singletary had bad offenses, they could lay it off on the fact that they were defensive guys. However Harbaugh came in with HIS offense, his OC and his QB and its just not working.

I think Kap has checked out on Harbaugh. I think all the players have checked out on Harbaugh. Jed and Trent have checked out on Harbaugh. How does that Eagles' song go? "You can check out any time you want but you can never leave." The 49ers are in the Hotel California.

So sad! But here we are...is there room service? LOL!

What if the key to success is switching the roles of Harbaugh and Roman?

What if Harbaugh really excels at OC and Roman to the surprise of us all excels as a HC?

lolz.
Harbs isn't getting traded. He won't allow it

I don't really see players "checking out". I just see them somewhat defeated. I really believe they have no confidence in Roman. I can only imagine the sink in moral when they get the call in the huddle only to see the defense lined up perfectly for the play when they approach the LoS. I can only imagine a LB calling out the exact play while Keap is trying to audible with 2 seconds left on the playclock because Roman's too freak'n slow on the draw.

What happens if he blocks a trade and the raiders sign a head coach that turns them around? He did coach in Oakland years ago. He wants to stay in the Bay Area. He will accept a trade. Profootball talk hates us. Florio blows.

You're right. However, I'm going to be laughing my butt off when he's coaching another NFL team sans Roman next year. Because that's the ONLY WAY he'll be coaching again in the NFL.

You really think other teams haven't taken notice. Hell, my Giant friends hate McAdoo with a passion but when I ask if they'd like Roman instead... it's a "hell NO".

Baalke is so overrated, it's not even funny. He gives you this impression that he's doing a lot of quality drafting with his wheeling and dealing....but in general it's almost always him trading down to get more picks because:

1. His talent evaluation skills suck.
2. He figures two picks is better than one because it's one extra chance he'll luck into a quality player.

It's the quality over quality approach and it is almost always inefficient if you're getting outdrafted by the competition.

Keep Harbaugh and lose this Baalke clown now.
