yup, sing said troy was the starter on a week to week basis. troy doesnt deserve another start based on this performance

How is it Troy's fault M.Sing game planned him out of the first half of the game?

lol, here comes the troyexcuses

Then how do you explain, run, run, pass? Everything was 3rd and long.

and Alex never had that issue........

And your point is?

I don't get it, Alex Smith had 6 years to prove himself. Troy Smith has one bad game after 2 good ones and you want him gone? Looks like the Alex lovers have crawled back out from where they were hiding.

No doubt. Sure Troy didn't play well at all, but coaching and play calling are the real issues.

So if coaching and bad play calling were an issue with Troy? They weren't with Alex? THink about that... I think this just prove the Alex Lovers point that it's not his fault this team is where they are at. Right? Or am I missing something? These "Alexcuses" are the same thing people have been saying about Alex all season.

So after Troy wins 2 games inspite of poor coaching (remember all the penalties last week) and after one loss the 49ers should go back to Alex who has 1 win in a lost season and is a free agent? Man I'm trying my best not to call you guys "AlexLovers" but it's hard!

Why not, Alex Smith is the best QB currently on the roster.

people didn't see that as a problem he had to deal with...usually he was blamed for it because "he cant make plays" or "all he does is check down" or "he just rolls right and throws it away"

He go nothing from this staff and was blamed, booed, and cheered when he was not able to play.
Again we have 3 wins with Troy getting 2 of them. Why start Alex again?

You forgot to add "Who Cares" as an option.
Start Troy... He already doubled Alex's win total for the year.

That might be true for a few fans, but I think most hated how he never took chances, had no touch and poor accuracy. That was the issue.

He has kept us in games to the end, he has kept it close with good teams. Troy has played against 1 good team and got shut out. Neither are the answer but Jesus Christ we played the worst game of the season today and Alex wasn't in...can it actually get worse? If Alex was in today the fans would of booed him again, major double standard with the kid.
