Can't wait for this game as it might be our Super Bowl, we win and we're still alive we loose and well this season is over! I'm excited to see Troy Smith at home in front of the Niner Faithful maybe this will be our turning point. Must win from here on out and we got the West!

the only thing that sucks is that STL is coming off a bye as well. that almost defeats the purpose. i may be mistaken but generally teams play no more than 1 game a year against teams coming off byes and now not only do we play a team coming off a bye on OUR bye, but it's at least the 2nd such occasion this year (Carolina)

I hope you're right. I remain cautiously optimistic. Its just that this team makes it difficult to have any more confidence than that.

That is true, but there have been positive developments for the Niners that can potentially turn the season around. This must be THE statement game, Troy Skwalker is the new hope, 49ers must play inspired vs a division opponent at home, if Niners lose I predict it will be a downward spiral.
