Is Chilo Rachal a bust?

Single handedly blows up the long TD play... Gives up sacks, pressures, and hits and misses assignments over and over. Wow is he bad. Totally different line with Snyder in and Chilo out. Just non functional with Chilo in.

We are seeing the effects of neglect by the front office in dealing with the RG position. The moment any interior linemen goes down, it means Snyder has to shift out of the RG spot, and Rachal is inserted by default.

Holy cow man I totally agree Dog. Stupid post. Chilo is heading toward being the worlds largest janitor soon.
I don't have any stats to back my thought up. But it seems our second round picks have been really bad over the last few years. Cause man, Chilo is BAD!

Not sure about the 2nd round pick idea, but that 2008 draft class was rough. Balmer, Rachal, Cody Wallace. Reggie Smith provides some nice depth at S, and Morgan was a good value in the 6th(really could have used him against Baltimore). That's really about it from that group.
Yes
Garbage. How do you miss 300 lb guys when you are playing inside at guard? He should be embarrassed.
1,5 half hits in that draft. terrible!
Reggie Smith is often out of place, Chilo, well, huge dissapointement. The rest? Not worth metoning, especially Balmer... I remeber when there was talk that Rachal might as well be a steal, he fell only due to the fact that he was a junior, came ou of USC without surrendering a sack in his college career, well, release him in the ofseason and pickup someone who is more worth than a 300+ LBS paper weight
Every snap this guy is on is one snap closer to me becoming a family annihilator
Boy he sure looks bad out there. He looked lost. I think he is talented and tough but he just doesn't seem to know what the hell is going on. Can't wait for SNyder and Miller to be back in the starting lineup.

He is absolutely a bust. Should have take Jackson.................

Nope. It needs to be locked once he's cut.
I don't think its fair to say he cost us this game, but I do think its fair to put at least 60% of the blame solely on him.

Yes.... yes he is No one in front of him --he's already pissed his pants.

I disagree, I don't think he's tough at all. You would think a guy his size would be tough and agressive, but he plays sofy and very passive. He doesn't attack anyone, isn't physical when the defense comes right at him, and isn't smart enough to react when the defense does anything "tricky".
