I'm telling you, Singletary is going to whoop Crabcake's arse into shape, just like he did with VD. I got a strange feeling that it might happen on Monday night.
I can't wait to come back to this thread WHEN Crabtree is catching 7 balls a game.

People need to calm down!

yea in the preseson make that happen...i dont agree with crabs pulling his bs but i dont care what AS thinks or feels...he does it by the next couple gms or hes done!how many chances does he get.even when he did gd last yr he chokes late in gms just like the indy gm.ive been watching this for to long.Sig came in and as a gd thing going.our guys listen to espn just like we did and thought just because their names were on the roster they would win..reason sig thanked pete...remember Young and some old guys saying just because u wear the uniform doesnt make u great..prove urself..we have a gd team but stay humble..damn thats what made davis gd last yr..
RETARDED.

ur Dominique Zeigler aren't you?
I'm not trying to say ziegler should be startin but I did notice that crabtree was running some lazy routes out there. The just weren't sharp. If you look at a guy like miles Austin you'll see that type of sharp cuts in and out of his breaks. Or isaac Bruce is another good example. Crabtree just didn't seem like he was going 100 percent.
Man I'm tired of people thinking that just because he was a number 1 and had all sorts of success in college that this lazy a$$ with an attitude has any right to even be playing, let alone starting. People earn the right to start with maximum effort, a team first attitude and production, not a pedigree or on perceived value. Ziggy has EARNED the trust of the QB's and coaches, Crabtree hasn't.

There is nothing wrong with Crabtree but a shakened QB who must rely on a system from a coaching staff that waits until the first game of the season to insinuate that he does not know the playbook. That is some real stupid shyt! I mean, how do you go through the entire off season and preseason to discover that your starting #1 WR does not know a play? Yet turn around and say that he does not know the plays very well and must rely on a OC who can't articulate them. I don't get it.

I concur. Coaches play the players they feel give them the best chance to win. If Crabtree didnt know the plays he wouldnt have been out there and he wouldnt have been allowed to miss pre season games. If he didnt know the plays Alex Smith shouldve worked with him after practive or whatever it took before the game ...Coach Sullivan shouldve made sure he knew the plays.. this is hogwash Crabtree may have played bad but of all the players/coaches involved he shouldnt be the scapegoat here. He's only a 2nd year receiver at a position that usually doesnt develop until the 3rd year .. I can accept mistakes from Crabs but others who are supposed to be veterans is unacceptable. Lay off Crabtree. I dont mind playing Zeigler but why not play them altogether and give the defense fits yet we normally have 3 capable players on the bench at all times who could give the defense something else to think about other than Gore ..

Agree
yeah....b/c he is awesome..........

another crowd / fan favorite..........see F. Gore

Common sense, reason, logic? None of that flys on the WZ.
