Now that the team is back to reality, meaning they are nobodies (so far), maybe they will play everygame now as if they are in the playoffs. Win or go home. But...
one thing must be certain, Singletary needs to be able to gauge the team's real confidence, instead of allowing his players to fail, especially when the coaching staff/Singletary can't make quick and meaningful decisions on gameday.
My estimate is that there will be another huge shakeup this offseason with the coaching staff. It will ended up being an issue of players losing confidence to the head coach and OC. When the ownership decided to hire Singletary, they basically did another patch up job.
It is time to have a brilliant offensive mind, for the team to make the playoffs. So sad we have to wait another year for that to come.
