The more polynesian players, the better. So far we have three, Sopoaga, Iupati and now Tukuafu. Troy Polamalu would be a nice addition too.

When I was watching their preseason game tonight vs the Titans, if you notice, Seattle's entire D-line is at least 300 pounds! DE/DT Red Bryant was interviewed after the game and he said Pete Carroll is running some form of a modified 3-4 scheme. Carroll wants bigger, bulkier lineman. In fact, most of them are around 320 or more! Where is HawksFan when you need him?
