But...that's not the point. Pretty good chance he would have gotten a bigger contract as a FA. Dansby got 5 years 43million dollars...! In 2012, Willis would have gotten a LOT more than 43 million. Close to 55-57 million for 5 years.

Tell that to the rest of the league. Contracts across the NFL are outragous! At least Patrick Willis has proven himself to be worthy of such a deal.
