Only really angry about the Oline right now. It's a mess.
Not agry at all because I had realistic expectations going in.

The Niners said they weren't going to be big spenders in Free Agency and so far that has held true.

They will be in the market when guys who currently have a high price tag see the price come down and they will score a few bargains (like Aubrayo Franklin and Walt Harris), but they likely won't sign anyone to be a starter.

As for filling the whole at RT, they will either do that in the draft or work a trade for Gaither...or both.

FA is a long race. Its only a sprint for the big name guys that the Niners were never going to be in the market for anyway.

It always cracks me up...we always say "you build a team through the draft" and then when the Niners aren't spending like the Redskins they get pissed.

Peeps need to adjust their expectations and chill out a little bit. ;-)

Oh, and BTW, Porter is NOT "as good" as Dansby. First, they play different positions and second Dansby is a very good YOUNG player while Porter is on his way out of the league.

Not at all. A buncha teams just paid record money to 3rd tier guys, which means we'll now have to spend more money on our guys. The only thing I'm dissapointed in is that we haven't used this cap free year to lock up our core guys with front loaded contracts, but that could happen any time this year. This was the worst FA crop ever and I'd be surpsied if any of the signing live up to anywhere close to their pay.
I want to get better as a team, not better because AZ lost players. I want to win the division even if our opponents are weak but we need to get better if we want a shot at winning more than one game in the playoffs (especially away). I get the Carr move but there are bigger fish to fry. Not saying we should go out and spend, spend spend but why aren't we looking at a guy like Gaither or Atogwe. Then we can save draft picks and get BPA. I know it will cost money and we have some big names to pay soon but we have all season to work that out. We would have been plenty under the cap.
Well, that settles it. Since everyone is answering "no", the original poster is then hereby considered a troll for enticing (or at least attempting) to rile up the masses.

AZ is not better because of the moves they have made. They are worse

This.
SEA and AZ are desperate, they need to go all out to stay with us. $9ers are still a young team on the rise.

build through the Draft and make another Team of the Decade run.
