Because people are unaware of jsut how well Smtih has played through two games.
If Singletary used smith a little more, perhaps we'd win

Call the HOF committee immediately.
Who said HOF? You must be a Smtih hater.
I never liked the decision to take Smith over Rodgers, but Smith has sold me over the past 2 games.

Not to take anything away from smith, but isn't he in the same position as hill was last year? Everyone claimed hill was doing well because he came in mid season and that we should give him a full season before we annoint him of anything. Does that same philosophy apply to alex this year? Let's give the guy the rest of the friggin season before we start claiming him as the 6th best

Statistically, per unit of performance, he is the 6th most productive QB in the National Football League.

Misleading stat if I ever saw one. He hasn't even started 3 games this year, not to mention hes only started 1 full season. Top QB's in this league:
Tom Brady
Peyton Manning
Drew Brees
Donovan McNabb
Eli Manning
Phillip Rivers (sorry to say)
Big Ben Roethelisberger
Matt Ryan
Aaron Rodgers
Brett Favre
Kurt Warner
Matt Schuab
Joe Flacco
All of those QB's have been 10x's more productive than Smith, no question about it.

It doesn't matter to me. Alex, Shaun or whoever, I cheer for the one that gives us the best chance to win. End of story.

Per unit of performance? wtf is that? it must be related to the qb rating system and the BCS system. come on homie we talking about common sense. if you would take him as the 6th best qb in this league than you are just crazy. I could care less what his per unit of performance is.
