Not to mention he did a pretty crappy job against the Falcons. So he is decent on 3rd down conversions when we play crappy teams

I don't think Hill knows that you are supposed to try and get a 1st down on 3rd down. He treats it like any other down and throws a 2 yard pass.

Well that could be the play selection from good ol Raye. Even if he hits a WR the damn receivers are always in front of the 1rst down marker. HELLO stupid!!! you need a first down get beyond the damn sticks

It doesn't help that we usually only keep 2 WR's in the game, even on 3rd down.

sometimes, plays are designed to be 2 yd passes! the quick outs, balls to the flat, etc.

Well converting 3rd downs...,ot so well. But he's been a great asset in the passing game so far.
