Yeah...Fullback Norris really helped

established our power running game..... NOT!

Norris ain't the same player he was when we had him in 2006.

Norris got stuffed...and Gore got nowhere!

Time to fix it, quick!!

Darnell Dockett is a beast, the cardinals had a good game plan against the run.

It is only one game, we are not gonna rush for 200 yards every game, we stayed with the run and even though we didnt get a ton of yards but what would have happened if we just threw every down. Gore started getting some positive yardage towards the end of the game.

If this happens next game we should be worried, but some of you are overreacting.

You do know we won the game right?

You do know a fullback can only block 1 player, right? If they are run blitzing and the rest of the line isnt doing it's job, a FB can't be effective.

It is not Norris fault...but he was very effective in helping the Cardinals know where the 49ers will run. But that is scheme, and not on the player. Blame the OC.

He saved us the game when Gore fumbled at the goal line he recoverd the fumble good heads up play!

Didn't he save Gore's ass on that fumble recovery?

Do you really need to create a thread for every thought you have? I'm sure this will fit in nicely in the numerous other threads we have on our running game, or lack thereof.

it was only the 1st game of the season now if we struggle in the next few games then go ahead & bash away........

AZ just game planned for a heavy doze of Frank all week

Did we run Strong I off tackle behind Vernon too?

That might be our sweet spot...Gore behind Norris through Snyder/VD or Gore behind Norris through Rachal/Snyder.

We should maybe also aline Mrob as a receiver on the strong side and utilize Gore on a sweep behind a pulling Rachal, VD, Snyder and Mrob.
