Pretty sure you have to bring your own stuff, unless you want to pay an arm and a leg for the over priced stuff they sale there.

Yeah thought so..thanks

Autographs smautographs, who looked good in camp? What was Marvel Smith doing? I'm guessing every one looked in good shape after Sing scared them at OTA's.
I want to see some pictures!

Any comments on how practice looked? I wasnt able to make it out there.

My observations from this morning practice:

Brandon Jones and Vernon looked pretty smooth as receivers. Jones looked good returning kicks.

Coffee seems to lack the bulk to break through the line.

Alex Smith still seems tentative and slow to release the ball.

Kentwan Balmer looks like he has a little more push.

Our backup punter sucks. His kicks are about 10-15 yards shorter than Andy Lee.

Frank Gore looks trim, fast and strong through the hole.

It was a lot more Army-like with Singletary this year than with Nolan in 08.

Our defensive backs look pretty good. Goldson looked pretty good, and Terrell Brown looked like he was everywhere. My friend took a bunch of videos. I'll post them in the Veterans forums so other team's scouts can't use them.

One of my problems with Smith, his throwing release is super slow.

That's why he's awful and that's why Byron Leftwich isn't a starter in the league anymore.

Earlier Parys ripped off Vernon's helmet, but he laughed about it afterwards.

Great updates! That sucks about Alex...I was hoping he'd turn this around but what a bust. It just kills me that we get the #1 pick in one of the worst draft prospects ever...

why does it suck for Alex?? He is still being given every god da#n chance to win the job. Its up to him to step his game up. No more major draw backs that wouldn't make him successful or preform.

Shaun Hill said 49ers QB job isn't his to lose. "It's mine to take," he said.

Ron, you're doing it wrong. After the years of going to training camp, the thing I have learned is you cant push this stuff in the players faces. what I end up doing is get to the front, and then just stand there with your item slightly placed out in front of you. There are so many a*****es shoving stuff in their faces that it gets nerve wrecking. You are their life line when you are the only person not shoving stuff in your face. I did that with Alex that one year that one idiot was calling him "King Smith!!!" I think that was his rookie year.
i over slept cause i went to sacramento the day before to fish i caught a 19 inch bass and a 18 inch catfish and i came home to late
Practice looked a lot more purposeful than it did under Nowin. Raye's offense looks pretty snappy -- lots of short passing and quick runs. Coffee looks small and not like a banger, Kory Sheets looks real quick, Clayton looked like he always does, MRob made a couple of nice receptions. Marvel Smith is huge, hope he can play. Boone is also huge and looks very strong. Secondary was all over the receivers and hawking balls, Goldson will be a huge improvement over Roman. Vernon and Brandon Jones did look good, and Delanie was used a lot as an H-back.

QB still a problemo, none of them looked very good in the full team drills. Why boo Alex when Shawn was not doing anything special either? On D, Balmer looked pretty good in the nutcrackers. There are a lot of stiffs in camp besides the backup punter, particularly the last tight end (Finley?) and a few of the no-name receivers who just look lost.

Most noteworthy, it looks like Vernon is going to get a lot of balls short over the middle or in the flat, and Sheets and Boone looked like the rooks to watch today.

Byron was slow. Alex is no where close to that.
