Don't worry, it was and is a fun quote. It's one of the best ever. "You think you know, but you don't know!" I use it all the time. Jim Mora was a great coach. And, if you don't know who Jim Mora is, then you're just a newbie, that's all. If Jim Mora's Saints squad, which sometimes sent its entire linebacking corp to the pro bowl, wasn't unlucky enough to be in the same division as the 80's version of the Niners, Mora would have coached a hell of a lot more playoff games.

I think you're confusing the "you think you know, but you don't know" coach with his son who was a defensive coordinator for the Niners. The original was a long-time head coach of the Saints and then the Colts.
