I like Norv BUT a sucks as a HC. His GM, Smith is worse at his job than Norv is at his. The blind leading the blind.
I think Dallas is his landing ground as an OC or maybe KC.
If the Cowboys fail to make the playoffs - I don't know who'll be their HC. Neither Reid nor Holmgren will want to be micro-managed by Jones.
Reid would be a good fit in San Diego.

I don't think Rivers can be a good QB anymore. I mean, there was a time when he was at the top of the league. Not anymore. Not even close.
He has regressed to the point where it may be time for San Diego to clean house and start all over again. And no incoming HC is going to want to go with an existing QB. He'll want his draft pick as soon as possible.
Look no further than San Francisco as proof in the proverbial pudding...

As for his gig in SD, Turner's contract was up this year anyway, so it's probably no surprise to him that, without a big season during his term, he won't be retained.

I have no ill will against Norv. If I had an idiot for a boss I'd bail as well. I just don't want him because he's not a WCO Guy and I don't think him and JH can meld.
