Another good thing about going to the superbowl? Doesn't give other teams enough time to hire away the coaches!

Wow...this coaching staff is very unimpressive. Ron Rivera is gone after this season.

So true. Impossible to know for sure, but winning these last two games might have kept Roman on the staff. And a good thing too, because I was impressed with his versatility so far in these playoffs.

actually think this is a good move.. Dorsey is a smart guy, despite the fact that his playing career wasn't great at all. Rivera has to make the playoffs in 2013

This could be a bit odd if we are to believe the reports that Kelly would like to install a 3-4 defense. Donatell runs a 4-3. So who the hell knows, we don't know what to believe.
