Whatever team has the most Super Bowl wins, wins Overtime (only applicable in case of a tie).

This has its merits for sure. But if we can't make this happen why not just play the damn game till somebody loses?
I'd lime to see them go straight to the college OT rules. Very exciting. But when the winner is decided, just add 1 point to the score. Don't run the score up every time somebody scores a TD.
NCAA rules, except the points are only given to winner

IE, whoever wins the OT would only win by 3 or 6 points. These points would be added to the end of regulation score.

You would not factor in every touchdown of FG like the NCAA does.
