Ryan Grigson is a very bright young guy with a very good eye for talent. When you can bring in 37 new players to a roster and play like they are right now, you have done a good job.

They are a decent team with plenty of holes. Last years lions except future looks brighter,

That team is very good. Some pretty good defensive players, an awesome QB, very underrated.

Not that many holes. The OL is pretty solid. Ballard is the best RB no one has heard of...yet. Four quality receivers. Can rush the passer which makes their secondary pretty good. LBs could use some upgrades but they are average +.

By the end of the season, I would expect them to win a wild card game.
