Elway is seriously in over his head. No idea why Broncos ownership thought he'd make a good exec but hey, they gotta live with him now.

I think Elway is doing a pretty good job. I thought he'd be in over his head too but he single-handily replaced Tebow with Peyton Manning. I mean that's a huge upgrade. I seriously think Denver might be scary this year, in the AFC at least. They haven't scared anyone the last 6 years so I'd say he's doing ok.
