Take a look at the statistics of the top 5 rushers in the NFL and compare them to Frank Gore. He had 11 20+ yard runs which is more than Arian Foster, Ray Rice and MJD. He averaged 4.3 yards per carry in the regular season and 5.6 yards per carry in the playoffs and was the NFLs 6th leading rusher on a team that run more than they did throw. He saw as many 8 man fronts during his 5 game, 125+ yard streak as he ever did in years past. On a team with a legitimate passing attack like hopefully we should have next year it should allow people to see what he can truly do. To bad Harbaugh didn't arrive in 2006, if he did I have no doubt Frank Gore would have been hovering at about 1400 rushing yards for his per season average up to this point
