two 3rds is a steal for Marshall especially when receiver is are most glaring need.

Does Miami have enough cap room to bring in The Manning Crew?

They have a descent line and very good draft position to bring in a DeCastro to start day 1.

hes not the passing game guy.

The QB coach who has history with Cutler will call all the passing plays. Tice is just OL and running game coordinator.
