that only applies to the 9ers when they're on D in championship games.

That's exactly where I was going with that. I've been saying to my friends every since, that 99 out of 100 times, that would have been ruled a fumble. I bet you money that if Bradshaw broke the tackle and raced off for a TD, it would not have been called back. Ah, the pains of being die hard football/niner fan.
