He definitely could, but he lacks desire and work ethic, so no. If he wasn't a fat lazy douche who doesn't give a crap, Harbaugh probably could make him serviceable.

you're right.

Even Alex Smith had to pass the Jim Harbaugh analysis test to see if he really wanted to be a legit QB.
