"I'm going take a stronger hand in this whole team, this whole organization," he said after the season finale. "There's no way that I'm going to feel like I feel today a year from now. I promise you that. There's no question. Defensively, offensively and special teams. I'm not feeling like this no more. This is a joke."

That Carson Palmer trade did him in. Had a built-in excuse after Campbell went down and threw it (and a 1st and 2nd rounder) away. Should have just started Pryor and hoped for the best.

True, u shat on whatever backup QB's you had on your roster... You shatt on your previous starting QB by trading away future starters for a new QB... you shatt on your entire team when you said you can blame it on the coaching staff but at some point your team needs to make a play.. well at some point Hue, a coach needs to make a good gameplan.. your fingers need the instructions in order to build the castle.
