Matt Flynn has 364 yards and 4 TDs. still in the 3rd quarter.
is it fair to say that Rodgers has everything perfect around him and is a little bit overrated?

Eh its like saying is Joe Montana overrated because Steve Young came in and we still had a great offense?? Rodgers is really good but helps having the best WR core in the NFL (and it is not close). I would have to say Brady is the best QB because he doesn't have the weapons Rodgers has and doesn't play in the perfect system and home games indoors like Brees and still puts up video game numbers.
