Not a Packers fan in any way but really liked what Rodgers had to say about his approach to the position. Really made me think back to when we had Montana and Young - guys who were just playing on a different plane of existence: reacting rather than thinking, throwing in rhythm, looking off defenders, letting their feel for the game take over. oh and .....checkdown , checkdown, run , run, screen, screen,playaction lob, Pass interference lob,great field position,td ......waits for defense to get an interception or fumble, easy t.d. repeat

3rd quarter, up two t.d.s because of this tough defense, why not throw up some bombs.

No wonder his ''qb rating'' is so high.

That's why he leads the NFL in completion % on passes over 20 yards. He is completing 65% of his passes that travel over 20 yards. Rodgers throws the ball downfield more than any other QB in the NFL. Your comment about the defense doesn't even merit a response. Rodgers has a high QB Rating because of his tough defense? Really?
