In addition to his lack of X's and O's... the man puts too much unnecessary pressure on the players. But we'll see.
I honestly believe Mike Nolan has a better shot of being a successful head coach than Singletary. He's experienced throughout the league, is a very strong defensive coordinator, and seems like a sharp guy. MAYBE, under the right situation, he can pull a Belichick.

I got a couple of good friends who are Bears fan. They can't understand why we got rid of Singletary. He is a god in Chicago.
