This is my guess.
1) Matt Hasselbeck
2) Josh Johnson
3) Pat Devlin
I'm not wild about Hasselbeck, but I think the Niners will look for a vet QB to groom an eventual Starter of the future. The choices of vet QBs that are versed in the WCO are pretty limited. Hasselbeck and McNabb are the only ones I see, and I don't see McNabb meshing with Harbaugh.
With Hasselbeck in the fold, the Niners draft a Devlin and trade for Johnson and see which one can be the starter in the future.

Who will be the QBs on the Roster when the 2011 season starts? 1, 2 and 3.

Matt is the best QB Sea has, don't see why they would let him go.

Yes, but there have been a number of rumors that his time is up in Seattle.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not in love with that idea, I'm just trying to figure out who would be that vet placeholder QB to play above the QB in training.

I don't really. Give me a better vet option that won't cost alot in trade.

Best case scenario:
1. Kevin Kolb
2. Josh Johnson
3. Jake Locker
I wouldn't mind having McNabb over Kolb either

As much as it sickens me to say this... but... I wouldn't be surprised at all to see Alex Smith resign with the Niners because Harbaugh sees something that he likes.

Not a fan of Kolb. The biggest problem with him is that it would require a big enough draft pick to get him that it could only be justified if you saw him as you long term starter.
Locker.....I'm torn. I like his ability, but the guy melted down at times and isn';t all that great in th pocket.

Hell freakin' no to Cam Newton. The guy is just an overblown Jason Campbell.
