Al Davis-Raiders
Ralph Wilson-Bills

And I like to toss in Chargers ownership as honorable mention for not firing AJ Smith's cheap stubborn ass yet (amongst other things)

Dan Snyder - he thinks throwing money into poor investments is a good decision.

In the previous decade, they've had the following head coaches:

Norv Turner
Terry Robiske (interm)
Marty Schottenheimer
Steve Spurrier
Joe Gibbs
Jim Zorn
Mike Shannahan (he was pretty much hired in 2009 :-P)

And they've only had 2 playoff appearances.

by WORST, youd have to mean "worse than Al Davis".

thats hard to top. however, even Davis and Daniel Snyder care about winning. they might make stupid decisions, but they want to win badly.

id have to say Bill Bidwill, owner of the Arizona Cardinals. for years and years all hes cared about is making money. hes even stated that he doesnt really care how the team does as long as hes making money. its the major reason i was pulling for the Steelers to win their 6th rather than that clown get a ring.

owned the Cards since 1962, and theyve made the playoffs 5 times.

There are a lot of bad owners in the league right now. My top 6 list of idiot owners:

1) Stephen Ross - jumps to #1 after his Harbaugh epic fail
2) Al Davis - would have been at top of great owners - 30 years ago
3) Mike Brown - cheap and not smart.. not a good combo
4) Dan Snyder - how many things can he screw up
5) Jed and Denise York - cant believe I actually think there might be 4 worse
6) Bill Bidwell - cheap cheap cheap

What is funny is that Al Davis is considered a HOF owner because of what the Raiders did when he was younger. He has definitely worn out his welcome in Oakland....which is exactly why I hope he lives forever
