I would say Ross or Davis, both the Dolphins and Raiders seem to be the worst handled teams right now.

The lions ownership is pretty bad, the the owner off the bills should be taken into account. They are one of the few teams that has a worse stadium situation than us. My brother in law is from buffalo and he is pretty insistent about them being the worst.

There are about half a dozen really bad owners out there. We have one of them.

Their reign at the bottom has been longer. Around 4 decades. The Yorks are bad. But not that bad.

I am sure you see the flaw in this logic don't you? The Yorks have not been the owners for 4 decades so they can't possibly lose for that long.

At present rate the Yorks looks to be winners 5 out of 40 years. So it certainly looks like we are about 25+ years away from Yorks being able to compare with the Fords

Mike Brown, easily. The Bengals have the smallest scouting/personnel department in the league. They do not have an indoor training facility despite being a cold weather team. Do you realize Brown is the team's GM and has no desire to hire one?

I lived in AZ for about 7 years and I think the Bidwells are the worst. He is the cheapest owner of all football. He makes the York family look like the Steinbrenner family. He cut like 1/3 of his payroll this last year and he thought he could be competitive. In 47 years of owning the cardinals, they have been good for two years and thats because they got lucky with the resurgence of Warners career.

I forgot all about that. The Bidwell's are notoriously cheap. Makes me wonder if the Cardinals will ever return to 2008 - 2009 form again. I kind of liked it when the games were more competitive.

another name to throw in the hat is tom benson the saints owner, i've heard kyle turley in interviews talk about how s**tty of a owner he was, all the way down to the food served in the cafeteria, he also tried to parlay hurricane katrina into a chance to move the team, but when u hire sean payton and sign brees ppl will forget the bad stuff
