That, and even though he meddles and tries to coach the team he does want to win. The Yorks care too much about the bottom dollar. Davis is almost equally as bad as his meddling destroys the team as bad as the York's cheapness.

I like that Al Davis watches his team and is so intent on winning; however, he makes some reallllllly bad decisions. But still I think that the Yorks are far worst and just need to sale the team.

They jumped the gun in PANIC mode and hired him too soon. They could have let the offseason play out longer and hire a real coach.

What about firing Mooch and ending up with Erickson? I was angry at Mooch for taking a knee at our 40 with a minute left in the half of that play-off game against Tampa Bay. I didn't want him fired, but I wanted him to take some grief over it. When he was fired I thought they had someone big waiting in the wings. And we get Erickson? Mooch was great squeezing out 10-12 win seasons with out big time talent on both sides of the ball, but I didn't think he could get us all the way. Firing Mooch without a good replacement made it obvious the Yorks weren't all that bright.

Not only that, but Shanahan took his name out of the running for all available HC positions. He just simply took a year off.

Al Davis is clueless now but he has forgotten more about football that both Daddy and Prince York will ever know. The Yorks are the worst owners in football.

Yorks! They don't even like football. Say what you want about Al Davis and Jerry Jones those owner love their teams despite some crazy decisions they make.

The Yorks are the worst and it's not even close. Al might be crazy and stuck in his ways, but he absolutely loves the Raiders.

Denise York took this thing over because she was obligated to when Eddie got in trouble and when he asked for his team back she F'd him. Once the York's demonstrated they didn't know F all about football personnel or football in general, evidenced by the deterioration of our depth at nearly every key position on the field, sideline and front office; Denise deliberately drove this franchise into the ground when she made the decision to cut costs and clean house to ensure that she minimized her losses while we all suffer.

No way would Eddie have dealt with our personnel situation so incompetently, nor would he have went to the extremes that his sister went to when it came time to deal with the cap trouble we were in. I'll never forgive that evil cow or her idiot husband or their puppet offspring.

To top it all off, every time they catch flack or hear something they don't like from the fans, media or city they play the only card that they have to maintain control over the situation which is threatening to move the team...I absolutely loathe these people.

Sorry about the rant. I just thought we all needed a reminder of exactly why we hate these people.

Just a question: what ever happened with Eddie's law suit to get the team back? I know it died on the vine somehow and I was just wondering if anyone knows exactly what killed it.

Anyhoo...almost time to watch the 9ers roll on the Eagles mercilessly. 27-9 for the good guys and Jackson leaves the field unconscious in the 1st quarter courtesy of Mays and Kolb throws 3 picks plus 1 fumble; you heard it here 1st
