How different is his system from ours?

He has the same system as Mike Shanahan--zone blocking+West Coast passing. It's more pimp than Raye that's for sure

I really think Kubiak gets the ax this year though-TE Owens isn't going to be 100%, Oline and RB suck, and their defense bites.

Another non playoff year and he's out

Are you saying Raye and Kubiak run the same offense? If so, then i don't see the point of getting Kubiak.

Diuretics should have a lower penalty IMO.

If our offense fails again this season why do you guys want to continue with the same broken system?

Think about this way if Raye fails again this year there's going to be no continuity anyways because Alex Smith will be gone. That being said Kubiak will probally only go to offensive minded West Coast coach to begin with so he's not going to be the answer.

I don't know why it's so hard to understand. It's a pretty simple concept. We're only going to look to replace Raye if the following things happen. Our offense continues to struggle, Alex doesn't improve. If a and b happens Alex will not be brought back because he is free agent hence the continuity argument is b.s. There is no continuity with a new QB.
