The Chiefs and Broncos are in pay for them. Chargers are still out of their league.
6-10 or 7-9 is their most likely outcome due to inexperience in their OL (not the talent excuse anymore).

Campbell is better than Jamarcus "Tubbs" Russell (the greatest thief of all time), but he will have a worse OL then the one he had at Washington and a worse WR core (Louis Murphy is probably their only decent WR, and please dont even try to say anything about DHB being ready...). Only thing he has better is a better defense and stronger running game.
Overall, he'll give Oakland 2-3 more wins at most, so 7-9 looks realistic to me, which is an improvement.
