Say all you want deriding Davis but name one qb anytime anywhere who was put into games behind with less then a half and won games? Besides looking awesome. I do not claim him any deity but any idiot who says he is nothing is even dumber then dirt. The difference between he and Alex seemed pretty vast and some say Alex needs even more time with about 40 plus games. He is improving but IMO Nate always was and will always be a better qb. A lot depends on who Davis's coach is. If Raye is the coach he could turn out rather bland but this guy Johnson seems brainier and if he blends his natural abilities with how to manage a game I think Nate has few limits. I think Singletary lacks the guts to face the result of Nate being the QB as I believe Nate will smoke Alex off the team. The heat will scald Singletary's shorts off. If he wants Alex to make it, Singletary has to keep Nate on the bench or cause a major ruckus. Alex at his best is sorta like white bread that hasn't risen while Nate has panache and flashy skills. Even if their skills were comparable I think Alex would lose out. In a way, Alex reminds me of Singletary and Raye. Just not good enough.
