I think this thread is a testament to the fact that Cutler can be really inconsistent. You just don't know what QB you're going to get - the one who comes out and throws 3 TDs or the one who comes out and throws 3 INTs. At times he can look like a sure-fire probowler but then at other times you wonder what he was thinking.
I think if he's reigned in a little more, that he can be a better QB in this league.

Rex Grossman took the bears to the NFC Championship game. Won it, too. Does that mean he's not an effing bum (qb wise)?

Didn't do good with Marshall? He threw for over 4500 yards and 25 td's. Orton has never thrown more of either.

Bum or not the guy is a baller. He has hell of an arm and willing to take some risks, there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. His style of play was successful enough to get his team in the NFC championship game.
