Deion won 94 defensive MVP. He had his best year with the niners. He went to dallas because they have no State income tax..

Well im a huge Deion fan, always have been! I think he played a HUGE part in us winning in 94... I have his 49er throwback on its way to my house this week!

I just got through reading Boys Will Be Boys by Jeff Pearlman which goes the Jerry Jones/Jimmy Johnson/Barry Switzer years running the Dallas Cowboys and he makes it clear Deion is a "hooray for me and the hell with everyone else" guy. He's a mercenary who was a good cover man, but never made a hard hit in his career.

He hates us because we used him for one year to get what we wanted which was another super bowl. Not only did he get used but he was only paid 1-2 million that season.

He should look at it for what it was, we didn't use him we solidified him. Playing that one year for us was the spring board to the huge Dallas contract!

With us he was just one of the guys, but in Dallas he was one of THE guys. So I could see where the hate comes from.

yes, yes he does. one of them is yucking it up with irvin on nflnetwork, one of them is at crabtrees house telling him to keep holding out, and one of them is at rice's house for jerry to crap on.
