The most draft pick hold outs in one season?

It seems like there is going to be alot more hold outs this year then in year's past. With only three 1st rounders with contracts signed and camps starting this weekend for many teams we could be on a record pace. Even if half of the rookies get signed by the end of the weekend that would still leave 12+ 1st rounders unsigned. Hell the bills start camp today and still have 4 draftpicks to sign!!!!

Yeah it just isnt realistic for that many guys to sign all at once. as usual the greed of an agent is going to bite the rookies in the ass and ruin someones rookie year.
