Ben is an extremely high-character guy. I can't see him doing this, but I guess crazy things happen...

Don't know Ben, no of us do but her story sounds like bull$%*&

She better have a smoking hot body and Ben better have been drunk to have to rape her. The story says she was afraid to file a criminal complaint because Harrahs (her employer) would side with Ben and fire her. Now she wants $390K in a civil suit.

You cant tell me a two-time SB winning QB for one of the NFL's most revered franchises couldnt pull better than her just by snapping his fingers. This would be a GIANT step down to what kinda girls he is probably used to. Thats my sole reason for not believing it.

Read the articles on this. It's not just some want-to-be. She was one of Harrahs Lake Tahoe Executive Casino Hosts. She was put into the role of concierge for the VIP floors. Look at the cover up done by the VP host team, and others at the Casino and maybe you will have a different spin on this.

The only thing I can default her for, is not reporting to police. Instead she reported to Casino Security, which IMO is simply helping them cover it up.

Step back and look at the way these Casino's coverup stuff for their VIPs, the fact that they went to her house and removed incriminating evidence and then weigh those circumstances with the evidence.

I think your parents probably told you one time, where theres smoke theirs fire.

This country has a tendancy to coddle professsional athletes.

I agree with this, she never went to authorities, and this is a year old. She just files a
lawsuit well after all evidence to prove her claim are gone. It maybe against the law,
but high profile athletes should stick to prostitutes if they have a need for strange stuff. They are major targets for gold digging whores like this one.
