I think our next pick is...

Cory Grissom
I'm liking Poyer, Rambo, Quessenberry or even Swope with the 5th rounder.

Terry Hawthorne. The problem with Poyer as I mentioned in the other thread is that he's got no ups. 30 inch vertical for a CB? John Jenkins at 350 pounds had about a 35 inch vertical...just to put that into perspective.

A vertical can be trained for.
Meaning its an easy fix, get the guy doing some plyometrics and it'll come quickly.

Where is the DT/NT? It's the only thing we didn't do IMO. Outstanding otherwise.
I'd love to see Quessenberry right here

To an extent......just like you can train your 40 time....to an extent. If you've been playing college football, doing a college strength training program and your vert is still weak, likely you're just naturally not a good jumper and that's not something that's going to change.

This. He'd be great value and the 49ers have to be quite familiar with him.
Damn
I think they still need a quick nickel with jamming ability, and a hybrid interior DL..

I would agree, except the variable change that Flemming's coming back to compete along with Lemonier..
