it just seems to be a consensus view with a lot of the analysts. Just the comments i hear "his motor runs hot and cold, can disappear during games, doesn't seem to give 100% effort on every play"
you can almost say that about all defensive linemen in the late 1st round through the end of the draft. Guys like Floyd and Richardson are guys with intense motors IMO.
