Agree, in many ways. To me, find the guy who is a great football player, and has performed well this offseason, and is mature and coachable, and you have a guy with a high probability of a successful career.

However, there are some cases where a system really holds back the potential for a player. That is likely the case with a Stephen Hill, who basically ran the 9-route 50% of the time.
