Ok OTC really got me sold on this guy. I am not sure where he will land in this draft (maybe a 4th) but what a weapon on offense and special teams he could be. He has uncanny speed that just blows you away. Like Primetime says "you cant teach speed". OTC made some good points being like a Wes Welker, Steve Smith, Danny Amendola type guy as well.

Like a modern day Vince Papale? I'm always pretty hesitant to make a judgement on a kid from a high light reel, but he's got some amazing stop/start and long speed. I wonder how that will translate versus NFL talent in place of WAC players. Also, what kind of routes does he run?
All in all, he looks like he'd be an interesting weapon later in the draft. Did he play with Kap?

I like some of his moves to dodge defenders, but wonder if he'll be able to do that on grass. I'm all for anyone who can compliment Ginn and be our back up in KR/PR duties.

I'm from Fresno and can tell you about Wiley a little bit. The hype started his Freshman season. He broke the Fresno St record for timed 40 yard dash. Cant remember if it was low 4.3 or high 4.2 but he flies. The knock was he was only 5'8 and 165-170 lbs at that time. Ryan Mathews (Fresno St/Chargers) told me to watch for this kid back then. He made a few big plays his Freshman year, then got hurt. He was plagued by injuries for 3 years. No one doubted his big play abilty or his speed.
He put together a healthy season this year, only missing 2 or 3 games. He's put on some size (might be 180 now) and hopefully injuries are behind him. I'm not sure his official 40 time will be better then 4.4 but keep an eye out for that. At 5'9 tops, and 180 tops, with his injury history, I cant see hime being higher then a 6th rounder. But if he runs a low 4.3, and has a great combine, he could rise to maybe the 4th round IMO. I'm rooting for this kid to be successful wherever he goes, but he has got to be considered a huge injury risk. The NFL boys are alot bigger then the kids at La. Tech and Utah St.

in the east west shrine game he made a short catch and put a move on the defender that was really sweet

He's a playaker no doubt if he can stay on the field. The east west game was typical of the things he can do.

Definitely showed that capability in the All-Star East-West Shrine practices. Even when it was raining and the field was soaked, he drew the ravings of everyone for being one of the only players not slipping out there. He simply blew by people out there.
Right now, his injury history (had a broken foot in 2010) knocks him down, but a team seeing the talent and thinking with an NFL training staff he'll be just fine, he could go as high as the 4th. I see him as a late 3rd round talent, but project him to go anywhere from mid-4th to the 6th round.

Is it just me or does he look more quick than fast?
I don't think I'd invest more than a 6th rounder on him because of his size and injury history. There are a lot of WRs in this draft with a similar skill set.
He does look pretty electric, though.
