LaDarius Green is a TE that is 6-6 235 so why aren't people wondering if he can transition to WR because of his length? If he runs a 4.5/4.6 in the forty I would want to this guy more then Jeffery.
Jeffery will have to run a sub 4.6 if he hopes to get drafted in the top 45, he'll have to show up at 220-225 and really cut to get my attention again.
I think most NFL people would say that a person who is out of shape, or not ready to perform at a high level at the most important moment of their career, with plenty of time to prepare for it, is simply too immature to invest a high pick on. I've got a feeling he is already off a number of team boards already, and that list continues to shrink if he is not physically and mentally ready by the combine.
The story of Andre Smith is one that NFL people are surely remembering, and while Smith has finally turned the corner and become a decent RT, it took a lot of time and energy, and the pick was horrific value.
