well to be honest Smith is only 27 right now... after the year if he keeps playing extremely well he resigns for 3-4 yrs or more, not any sense to draft a QB high next year. He will go in the top 10 especially after what Newton has done so far this year (along with the new rookie cap)

This is the first time I've seen him play this year, but I don't see anything special about him. I was expecting to see a guy like Vick and he's nowhere close to that. Maybe Okla St just has him rattled. I'll keep watching, but he's a poor impression on me.

He does have Kendall Wright. Though that might be it.
This is probably the worst game I've seen from him.
Also, though he does have similar speed to Vick, but he lacks the quickness and agility that makes Vick great.

at folks watching him for the first time today and calling him average
was quickly behind 14-0, run game can't cash in from 5 yards out on multiple opportunities, all the drops
but I will grant you this is probably his worst 1st half of the season no doubt, but people don't call him average
oh, and he's playing hurt, or at least was towards the end of the first half

I'm just a RGIII fan and think he will be a top draft pick. Didn't even really know about him till after the TCU game.
