nothing. i like kaepernick a lot but he is way too raw for giving up anything. acc to dalton, we could talk about our second 4th-rounder, at max!!! if we think about jumping in the 2nd round.

I don't care that people perceive those picks as scrubs, we need players who can help the team now... we are going to get a veteran or two with Alex and some other qb (hope J. Johnson)... in this year draft the only qb I really like was Ponder, he is off the board, so now we get good players that can help the team and a qb in the 4 or 5 or even 6 round that doesn't have the pressure of the fans and franchise on his back and has some potential!!

to me this is not a sprint we can win the division with Alex or Johnson or Kolb, we need to give time so that Harbaugh can find the qb he feels can take us to the promise land and if that doesn't happened in this year draft I am ok with it!!!

I have not seen a single draft expert suggest that any of the remaining QBs have any shot at starting in their first year. Several have suggested Kaep may take two years. In the meantime, guys like Gosselin suggest Aaron Williams could start right away at corner. Dowling and Harris would be 5th DBs in their rookie year. Davon House is also in that mix though might still be there in the 4th.
