In his defense he missed the season with a skull fracture. Plus Newsome, who is arguably the best GM in football picked him. I wouldn't give up on the guy yet.

I wouldn't mind taking a shot on him, could be a huge payoff. He is going to have a huge chip on his shoulder when he gets into the league.
