Oh so I just got done watching it. I loved it. Really interesting, the grading system and lettering system. My favorite part, was when he said Ryan Kerrigan is going to be a person you look back on and say "wow I'm glad i took him" type. As a Purude fan, I've been on his bandwagon for 2 years. Loved seeing Bill give my Purdue players some love.

Like I said earlier, as I was listening to Parcells talk about his prospect grading system, I wonder if Trent Baalke is using a similar process in grading with the 49ers? After all, he is a Bill Parcells disciple.

It was good viewing, but he never gave a mock draft.

He's right more often than he's wrong. Besides, I don't think that Jake Long was a bad pick.

Notre Dame fan? You and I can never be friends lol. But I agree. If we came away with Prince or Kerrigan, I don't see how we could go wrong. Both are highly productive, high character, and both love football. Those 2 guys are the perfect example of the type of players you want on your team.

I'd have to assume their grading system is quite similiar. Of course Baalke is going to put his own spin and opinions into the system. But I bet your right, Baalke probably does use the Parcells grading scheme.

Don't think so cause he had Cam Newton on top and he said that's the QB he loves in the draft so put two and two I'm pretty sure he has prince on top for a reason

Parcells has Patrick Peterson rated below Prince Amukamara.

That goes against almost every other scout.

If you look closely at his board, the magnets seem to be carefully arranged to show where in the round he thinks the player belongs (Mike Pouncey is the only player in the OC 1st round square yet the magnet is placed all the way at the bottom of the big square. Same with Terrell McClain in the 4th rd NT/DT. Squares with several players have different spacings between the players. Seems he thinks OT Solder should be at top of 1st rd (another surprise) while Smith about the 15-20th pick & Castonzo at end of rd 1). I doubt very much this spacing is happenstance. This would put Patrick Peterson around the 25th pick which I thought was shocking. Wonder what he sees?

I think he ultimately sees what most people do about PP - that he will end up as a FS, not a CB. He said that ONLY QB, OL, OLB/DE and shut down corners should be top 10 picks. I suppose that regardless of how talented a prospect, Parcells would not take a safety until the last third of the 1st round ...
