the rule for draft is :
1- non playoffs teams
2- worst records
3- worst strength of schedule
4- coin toss

Seventh seems great to me. Not too high that you're running the risk of crippling your franchise with a pick that doesn't pan out, but high enough that you're getting what should be top flight talent.
Frankly, I'm relieved we're not in the top five. Too much can go wrong.

I'd say one of those, not both. I wouldn't count on 3 QBs being taken before our pick.
